Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by your tracking information.
- The item is in its original, unused condition — free of damage caused by the customer, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- The item was purchased directly through geeks-global.com. Items purchased through third-party marketplaces are subject to that platform’s return policies.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items returned after the 30-day window has passed.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents occurring after delivery.
- Any item marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] or call +1 669-253-0533. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive return authorization. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack your item securely. Place the item in its original packaging if possible. Include a note with your order number and RMA number inside the package to help us process your return quickly.
- Ship the item back. Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Await confirmation. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email with the outcome and next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
- Original shipping charges ($5.99) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived defective).
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- You will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge — whichever you prefer.
- Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us, as this helps us resolve your case faster.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or product variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact our support team using the same process described in the “How to Start a Return” section above and specify that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.
If the replacement item is of a different price, any difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit; please initiate a standard return once the package is delivered.
