All products are strictly physical, non-electronic desk organization accessories. No electronic components, software, or subscriptions are included in any purchase.

3.1 Shipping Destinations

Geeks Global currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3.2 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of our error.

3.3 Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery after processing is generally 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

3.4 Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

3.5 Lost or Delayed Shipments

Geeks Global is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

4.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

4.2 How to Initiate a Return

4.3 Return Shipping

4.4 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
