Flat-Rate Shipping: $5.99
One low rate applied to every order, regardless of size or quantity.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order may vary based on destination and package size.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
Shipping Delays
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather events, or high-volume periods such as holidays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier facility. If the package is still unaccounted for, contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter.
